Ithaca New York Workshop: Stand Taller, Feel Stronger, Balance Better

Aging is commonly associated with hunchbacks, shorter strides, shuffling feet, weak upper body, and poor balance. But this doesn’t have to be your destiny. In this workshop we will start with the feet as the foundation, move up the body to review spinal alignment, then practice corrective exercises that can be integrated into everyday activities to build strength, improve balance and retain height. Co-taught by Sylvia Fox and Ithaca Chiropractor and Restorative Exercise Fitness Specialist Melissa Miller. Cost: $50
